HAL Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for ITI & Vocational Apprentices Posts Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced the HAL Recruitment 2026 for ITI and Vocational Apprentices. Eligibility Criteria

  • For ITI Trades: Must have passed 10th and completed full-time ITI (1 or 2 years) under NCVT/SCVT in 2023, 2024, or 2025. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
  • For Vocational Trades: Passed Intermediate (12th) in 2023–2025 with Vocational Trade subject.
  • Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training are not eligible.
  • COE (Centre of Excellence) students are not eligible.
  • Only Indian Nationals can apply.

Salary / Stipend

Stipend will be paid as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act 1961.

Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 27 years
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD candidates

Selection Process

  • Selection will be merit-based.
  • Merit list will be prepared with 70% weightage for High School marks and 30% for ITI/Vocational subject marks.
  • For CGPA results, conversion as per board formula is mandatory. Rounding off is not allowed.

General Instructions

  • Reservation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PWD as per Government and HAL guidelines.
  • EWS and OBC(NCL) certificates must be valid as per specified dates.
  • Dependents of HAL employees must apply through the HR Department.
  • ITI Trades: Must be registered on apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  • Vocational Trades: Must be registered with Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE), Kanpur.
  • Duration of Apprenticeship: One year.
  • Applications are accepted only by Post or Courier. No online applications accepted.
  • No TA/DA for attending the selection process.
  • HAL reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any stage.

How to Apply for HAL Recruitment 2026

  1. Download the application form – Form-A (for ITI Trades) or Form-B (for Vocational Trades) from the official HAL website.
  2. Fill the form carefully with accurate information.
  3. Attach self-attested copies of:
    • High School Certificate & Marksheet
    • ITI/Intermediate Certificate & Marksheet
    • NTC Certificate (if applicable)
    • Apprenticeship portal registration proof (for ITI)
    • Aadhaar, PAN, and Domicile Certificate (issued after 01/01/2023)
    • Caste/EWS/PWD Certificate (if applicable)
  4. Send the completed form and enclosures by Post or Courier to:
