HAL Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for ITI & Vocational Apprentices Posts Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced the HAL Recruitment 2026 for ITI and Vocational Apprentices. Eligible candidates who have completed ITI or 12th (Vocational) can apply offline through the official HAL website – hal-india.co.in. The last date to apply offline is 30 January 2026.
For ITI Trades: Must have passed 10th and completed full-time ITI (1 or 2 years) under NCVT/SCVT in 2023, 2024, or 2025. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
For Vocational Trades: Passed Intermediate (12th) in 2023–2025 with Vocational Trade subject.
Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training are not eligible.
COE (Centre of Excellence) students are not eligible.
Only Indian Nationals can apply.
Salary / Stipend
Stipend will be paid as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act 1961.
Age Limit (as on 31 January 2026)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 27 years
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD candidates

Selection Process
Selection will be merit-based.
Merit list will be prepared with 70% weightage for High School marks and 30% for ITI/Vocational subject marks.
For CGPA results, conversion as per board formula is mandatory. Rounding off is not allowed.
General Instructions
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PWD as per Government and HAL guidelines.
EWS and OBC(NCL) certificates must be valid as per specified dates.
Dependents of HAL employees must apply through the HR Department.
