What is the UPSC Exam?

The Union Public Service Commission, or UPSC, is a central organisation in charge of holding several civil servant recruitment tests in India. Candidates for All-India Services, including Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), IRS, Engineering Services, CDS, and NDA, are recruited by the conducting body through the UPSC test.

UPSC 2025 Application Process

The UPSC 2025 application form will be accessible online for all recruitment tests on the official website. The UPSC website features an OTR component. Only this OTR method may be used by qualified individuals to apply for the UPSC recruitment. The UPSC recruiting application procedure is divided into two sections, which are listed below:

Section 1: UPSC Registration

See the following instructions for registering for the UPSC:

Go to UPSC’s official website at upsc.gov.in.
Navigate to the “Recruitment” area.
“Online Recruitment Application” is clicked.
Your screen will open with the UPSC OTR page.

Section 2: UPSC Login

The applicant receives their login information on their registered email address and mobile number after completing the registration procedure. The information on the application form must be filled out by the applicant. See the instructions below for submitting the UPSC application form:

Enter and enter your login information, including your password and registration ID.
Your screen will display the UPSC CSE application form.
To finish the UPSC CSE application form, fill out the information.
The scanned copies of the papers should now be uploaded.
Last but not least, pay for the application.
Verify every aspect before submitting your UPSC application.
Scan copies of all supporting documentation, including valid picture ID cards, caste and other certificates (where applicable), academic qualification certificates, and photos and signatures, must be uploaded by the candidates at the time of application.

 

UPSC 2025 Application fees

The UPSC 2025 application cost varies according on the test and candidate category. Both online and offline application methods are available for the UPSC. The application fee must be paid online by the applicant using Internet Banking Services, a credit card, debit card, or Rupay card.

UPSC 2025 Notification

UPSC has released CSE and IFS notices on its official website, upsc.gov.in. “Recruitment” is a tab on the UPSC website. Every UPSC announcement is posted in the tab’s “Advertisement” section. The notice PDF is available for download on the website for UPSC test candidates. On January 22, 2025, UPSC published the UPSC IAS Notification 2025 on its official website.

The UPSC 2025 admit cards are made available on the “E-Admit Card” part of the UPSC’s official website. Using their login information, candidates may access the official website and get their admission card. The UPSC admit card may be downloaded by candidates by following the guidelines provided below.

Step 1: Go to UPSC’s official website, upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: Navigate to the “E-Admit Card” area.

Step 3: Select the link for the UPSC test from the tab.

Step 4: Your screen will display the UPSC Login window.

Step 5: Type in your password and registration ID.
