• Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, as defined by the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) regulations of 2002.
• Senior Secondary or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
• Senior secondary education (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% grades and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) from an accredited board.
• Graduation and a two-year diploma in elementary education (regardless of nomenclature) from an accredited board
• Achieve a passing score in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
• Candidates must have successfully completed Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or English as a subject at the secondary level.
• Completed 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks (5% concession for SC/ST candidates) from an accredited board.
• Two-year Diploma in Primary Education / Certificate Course in ETE / JBT / DIET / B.El.Ed. from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Hindi as a subject in the 10th grade is mandatory.
