Recruitment Notification

IIFCL Projects Limited (IPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL), Government of India Enterprise, has released the official notification for engagement of Individual Consultants on a full-time contractual basis. Eligible Indian citizens possessing required qualifications and experience may apply offline before the closing date.

Recruitment Overview

Salary Structure

• Consultant Grade I: ₹80,000 – ₹1,45,000 per month
• Consultant Grade II: ₹1,45,000 – ₹2,65,000 per month
• Senior Consultant Grade III: ₹2,65,000 – ₹3,30,000 per month

Final remuneration will be decided based on experience, expertise and expectations. TA/DA and hotel accommodation for official tours will be provided as per company policy.

Age Limit (As on 31.12.2025)

• Grade I – Maximum 45 Years
• Grade II – Maximum 50 Years
• Grade III – Maximum 62 Years

Experience Requirement

• Grade I – 3 to 8 years
• Grade II – 8 to 15 years
• Grade III – 15 years & above

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must be a Citizen of India
• Qualifications recognized by UGC / AICTE / AIU
• Foreign qualifications require equivalency certificate
• Graduate / Post Graduate / Professional degrees in Finance, Management, Engineering, Law, Planning, Economics, Architecture or relevant disciplines

Selection Process

• Preliminary shortlisting based on qualification & experience
• Shortlisted candidates called for Interview (Online or Delhi)
• No TA/DA for interview
• Mere eligibility does not guarantee interview
• IPL reserves right to appoint none or more candidates
