Eligibility Criteria (Highlights)
- MT (HR): PG Degree / Diploma or MBA in HR/PM/IR with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
- MT (Finance): M.Tech in Finance and qualification as CA or CMA (as specified).
- MT (Legal): LLB with minimum 50% marks.
- MT (Secretarial): Graduate with ACS/FCS.
- MT (PR): Master’s Degree and PG Diploma in Journalism with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
- DET (Electrical / Civil): Diploma in respective branch with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) where specified.
- Technical Non-Executive Trainee: ITI or Diploma in the relevant trade from a Government / NCVET / AICTE recognized institute.
Age Limit
Minimum age: 18 years • Maximum age: 38 years. Age relaxation will be allowed as per government rules.
Compensation (During Training)
- Management Trainee: ₹50,000
- Diploma Engineer Trainee: ₹40,000
- Technical Non-Executive Trainee: ₹22,700 (provisional)

Unreserved & SEBC candidates: ₹750. SC, ST & PWD candidates: Fee exempted.
