Qualification Criteria

  • Postgraduate degree from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
  • Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) need at least 55% marks.
  • Experience in credit or finance sector is required.
  • Knowledge of credit evaluation and banking operations is preferred.

Salary Structure

  • MMGS-II: Rs. 64,820 – Rs. 93,960 per month
  • MMGS-III: Rs. 85,920 – Rs. 1,05,280 per month
  • SMGS-IV: Rs. 1,02,300 – Rs. 1,20,940 per month
  • Additional allowances and benefits are also provided as per bank norms.

Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)

  • MMGS-II: 25–35 years
  • MMGS-III: 28–38 years
  • SMGS-IV: 30–40 years

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
  • PWD: 10 years
  • Ex-servicemen & 1984 Riot victims: 5 years

Selection will be done through an online test and/or personal interview.

Duration: 120 minutes. Negative marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.

Qualifying Marks: 35% (General/EWS), 30% (SC/ST/OBC/PWD).

Interview

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called (1:3 ratio).
  • Interview carries 100 marks. Minimum passing: 50% (General/EWS), 45% (SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
  • Final merit list = 70% Online Exam + 30% Interview.

General Instructions

  • Applicants should be ready to work anywhere in India.
  • Only one application is allowed per candidate.
  • Valid email and mobile number must be maintained during the process.
  • Government employees should produce a No Objection Certificate during the interview.
  • Security Deposit: ₹2,00,000 (MMGS-II) and ₹3,00,000 (MMGS-III & above), refundable after 3 years.
  • Medical fitness is required as per bank standards.
