Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a graduation degree from a recognized university.
- MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, CFA are preferred.
- Only Indian citizens can apply.
- Candidates with negative reports on character or conduct are not eligible.
- Providing false information will lead to disqualification.
- Teaching and training experience is not counted.

Salary Details
- VP Wealth (SRM): ₹44.70 Lakhs CTC (Fixed ₹30L + Allowances ₹1.16L + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- AVP Wealth (RM): ₹30.20 Lakhs CTC (Fixed ₹20L + Allowances ₹1.16L + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Customer Relationship Executive: ₹6.20 Lakhs CTC (Fixed ₹4L + Allowances ₹0.77L + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Contract Duration: 5 years (renewable for 4 more years)
