Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Relationship Manager: MBA in Marketing/Finance from a reputed university; NISM certification preferred.
• Digital Marketing Specialist: Graduate preferably in Computer Science/Visual Communication.
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee (Back Office): Graduation (NISM Certification preferable).
• Dealer (Stock Broking Terminals): Graduation with NISM qualifications.

Experience Requirements

• Relationship Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock broking, Wealth Management, Mutual Fund, or related fields.
• Digital Marketing Specialist: 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including campaigns, social media ads, web design, and creatives.
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee: Minimum 1-year experience in back-office operations (preferred).
• Dealer: Minimum 1-year experience in dealing with stock broking terminals.

Salary Details

• Relationship Manager: ₹4.00 – ₹5.00 Lakh per annum
• Digital Marketing Specialist: ₹5.00 – ₹8.00 Lakh per annum
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee (Back Office): ₹3.50 Lakh per annum
• Dealer: ₹4.20 Lakh per annum
• Performance Linked Incentive: Additional incentive based on individual performance

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Relationship Manager: 25–35 years
• Digital Marketing Specialist: 26–40 years
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee (Back Office): 21–35 years
• Dealer: 21–35 years
