Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in the notified engineering streams.
• Final-year students are eligible but must produce proof of passing the degree exam by 01 October 2026.
• Only degrees from recognized institutions under UGC/AICTE/IIT/NITSER/IIIT Acts are valid.
• Graduates from foreign universities are not eligible.

• Citizen of India, or
• Subject of Nepal, or
• Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries intending permanent settlement in India.

Marital Status

• Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
• Marriage during training will lead to disqualification.

• 2.4 Km Run: 10 min 30 sec
• Push-Ups: 40 | Pull-Ups: 6 | Sit-Ups: 30
• Must know basic swimming

Salary and Allowances

During Training

• Stipend: ₹56,100 per month

After Commissioning

• Lieutenant: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
• Captain: ₹61,300 – ₹1,93,900
• Major: ₹69,400 – ₹2,07,200
• Colonel: ₹1,30,600 – ₹2,15,900

Other Allowances

• Military Service Pay: ₹15,500/month
• Technical Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹4,500/month
• Transport Allowance: ₹7,200 + DA (metro cities)
• Dress Allowance: ₹20,000/year
• Children Education Allowance: ₹2,250/month (max 2 children)
