Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must adhere to the detailed eligibility norms in the official notification. Key points are summarized below.
A general bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) OR a postgraduate degree, MBA/PGDM with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWBD) OR CA/CS/CMA/ICWA OR Ph.D.
Chartered Accountants must have a bachelor’s degree and membership of ICAI acquired on or before 01 November 2025.
Company Secretaries must hold associate/fellow membership of ICSI acquired on or before 01 November 2025.
Finance specializations: BBA (Finance/Banking) or BMS (Finance/Banking) with minimum percentages as above, or a two-year full-time PG Diploma/MBA/MMS in Finance with required marks. Candidates must provide a certificate confirming concentration in finance.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 years. Maximum Age: 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Submit your application online only via www.nabard.org. Offline or alternate applications will not be accepted.
The application form must be completed in English. Hindi language options will be available for the online/main examination/interview where applicable.
