Post-specific educational qualification and experience are required. Example:

• AGM (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc, 16+ years experience, 60% marks
• Senior Manager: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc, 12+ years experience, 65% marks
• Manager: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc, 8+ years experience, 65% marks
• Deputy Manager: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc, 4+ years experience, 65% marks
